I was hoping the privacy info would be a lot clearer. When I tried to understand what was actually being shared or stored, it felt kind of vague, and I felt a bit dismissed for wanting more details.

My dog had been super itchy and dealing with an upset stomach often. After getting the results back and switching his food, he just seems calmer and way more settled. He’s sleeping better too, which tells me he’s feeling a lot better. I’m really glad I gave this a try

Overall the site was easy enough to use and I did find what I needed without too much hassle. Some pages was a bit slow though, and a few things could be explained better. It’s not bad at all, just not the smoothest experience.

I had a question about my order and they got back to me fast. The reply actually felt like a real person wrote it, not some canned copy-paste thing. They basically said something like, “No worries, we’ll check that for you,” and explained what was going on clearly. Overall, really happy with the service.
